Major Mendoza served as an Officer in the U.S. Army Reserve Judge Advocate General Corps and was the recipient of several service awards. He is currently a partner with Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson, LLP and serves on the board of the Cleveland ISD Education Foundation, among many other organizations.
