Treat Street

Fees/Admission

Businesses and organizations that wish to set up a booth at Treat Street can do so at no charge but they must be prepared to have candy and supplies on hand for all the children who attend. They must also provide their own table, chairs, decorations, etc. No electrical outlets will be available. The top three best-decorated booths will be selected by a panel of judges. Winners will receive a certificate and have a photograph taken to run in a future edition of the Cleveland Advocate. A costume contest will be held for children 11 and under in three age categories: 0-3 years old, 4-7 years old and 8-11 years old. Prizes will be awarded to the top three costumes in each category and judging will be based on the originality of the costumes
