Cleveland Facility Coordinator
The Cleveland Facility Coordinator oversees all aspects of building operations, including maintenance, security, and cleanliness. In this role, you will manage vendor services, office supplies, and facility-related projects, ensuring the smooth daily operations of our brand-new facility. Additionally, you will lead and supervise front desk staff, including the Receptionist, Financial Specialist, and Support Staff, fostering a positive and welcoming environment for the individuals we serve.

What you'll do:
- Oversee daily facility operations, ensuring all areas are clean, functional, and safe.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
- Manage vendor contracts and oversee contractors to ensure efficient and timely project completion within the approved budget.
- Prepare and manage documents for contractor bids and procurement of services.
- Coordinate and lead one or more teams to cover various areas of responsibility.
- Oversee building maintenance, security, and supply management.
- Coordinate and approve community requests for building space usage, based on strategic business objectives.
- Conduct routine building inspections and safety drills based on required schedule.
- Respond to emergencies or urgent issues promptly.
What you'll need:
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in health care or Community Center setting.
- Strong office management, budget oversight, and vendor coordination skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to type 40 WPM.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred (paid at a higher salary).
- Applicants must have a valid driver's license and be insurable through Tri-County.

Pay scale: $48,000/year
Bilingual: $50,880/year
